Thank you for shopping at Modiixa! We are committed to delivering unique, custom-made products right to your doorstep. This policy explains our shipping process, timelines, and costs.

Please Note: Every item is printed on demand specifically for you after the order is placed. This means we need time to produce your item before it is shipped.

1. Shipping Destinations & Costs

We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Our shipping rates are simple and transparent:

2. Order Processing Time (Production)

This is the time it takes to print, quality-check, and package your order before handing it over to the carrier.

  • Production Time: 2 – 5 Business Days.

  • Business Days: Monday – Friday.

  • Order Cut-off Time: 6:00 PM Mountain Standard Time (MST).

  • Note: Orders placed after 6:00 PM, on weekends, or on US federal holidays will begin processing the next business day.

3. Shipping Time & Total Delivery Estimates

Once processed, your order is shipped via our trusted carriers (primarily USPS).

  • Estimated Transit Time: 5 – 7 Business Days for the contiguous US.

    • Note for Alaska & Hawaii: Please allow an additional 2 – 3 business days for delivery.

  • Total Delivery Time:

    Processing (2–5 days) + Shipping (5–7 days) = Estimated 7–12 Business Days.

Disclaimer: While we do our best to meet these estimates, severe weather or carrier delays are outside of our control. However, we will assist you if any issues arise.

4. Shipping Restrictions

To ensure successful delivery, we cannot ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes

  • Military Addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)

  • Freight Forwarders

Please provide a physical residential or commercial address at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking status to update in the carrier’s system.

6. Order Modifications (Cancel/Change)

Because our system is automated to ensure fast production:

  • You may request to change or cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase.

  • After 12 hours, the order is likely in production, and we cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations.

  • Please double-check your size, color, and address before confirming your order.

7. Sales Tax

In compliance with state and local laws, Sales Tax will be calculated and charged at checkout based on your shipping address.

8. Damaged, Lost, or Wrong Address Issues

  • Damaged/Lost Packages: If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit (tracking stops moving for 10+ days), please email us at contact@modiixa.com with your order number and photos (if damaged). We will work with the carrier to send a replacement or issue a refund.

  • Incorrect Address: The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Modiixa is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to a wrong address, a reshipping fee may apply.
