Thank you for shopping with Modiixa! We are dedicated to delivering your unique, made-to-order items as efficiently as possible. This policy explains our shipping process and timelines.
Note: Every product is custom-printed after your order is placed, so processing time is required before shipping.

Shipping Costs & Locations

We currently ship to all U.S. states. Our rates are simple and transparent:

Order Processing Time

This is the time to custom-print, quality-check, and pack your order before handoff to the carrier.

  • Standard Processing Time: 2–5 business days

  • Business Days / Hours: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (MST). Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Timeframes & Total Delivery

Once processed, your order ships with our trusted carriers.

  • Estimated Shipping Time: 5–7 business days.
    Most orders to the contiguous U.S. arrive in 5–7 business days. Alaska and Hawaii may require an extra 2–3 business days.

Total Estimated Delivery: Processing (2–5 days) + Shipping (5–7 days) = ~7–12 business days.
This is an estimate. Severe weather or carrier issues can cause delays outside our control, but we’ll assist you if that happens (see “Damaged or Lost Shipments”).

Shipping Methods

We primarily use the United States Postal Service (USPS). Depending on destination and package size, we may also use other major carriers to ensure reliable delivery.

Order Tracking

After shipment, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to become active in the carrier’s system.

Sales Tax

In accordance with state and local laws, sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

Shipping Restrictions

To ensure secure delivery, we cannot ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes

  • APO/FPO/DPO military addresses

Please provide a physical street address at checkout.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

We take pride in our products and packaging. If your order is damaged or appears lost in transit, email contact@modiixa.com with your order number (and photos if damaged). We’ll investigate with the carrier and provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Order Modifications (Cancellation/Changes)

Due to our automated, made-to-order process, we can accept changes or cancellations within 12 hours of purchase. After 12 hours, the order may be in production and changes are not guaranteed. Please double-check your order before confirming.

Returns & Exchanges

For information about returning an item, please see our Refund & Returns Policy. (We accept returns for defective/incorrect items; we do not offer size/color exchanges.)
